Kafayat Badaru is the CEO of Santeforte Pharmacy. She is a pharmacist with over 16 years in retail pharmacy practice. She has exemplary leadership and business process and management skills employed in her past roles as Procurement Manager and Superintendent Pharmacist of the largest Community Pharmacy Chain in Nigeria.
She is a graduate of University of Lagos and has her M.Sc Degree in Clinical Pharmacy also from the University of Lagos. Kafayat is also an Alumnus of FATE foundation
Akintunde is an Executive Director of Santeforte Pharmacy. He holds a MBA degree from the University of Lagos and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Ladoke Akintola University of Ogbomosho, Nigeria. He is a member of Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
Akintunde has 18 years work experience in the Financial services, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Real Estate and Real Estate Businesses. Akintunde is a seasoned business manager skills financial service, Business Management, Business Process Development, Business Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Sales Credit control and Project Management.
Boladale O. Abiola Adebowale works as Policy Advisor for ECOWAS under the Competitive African Rice Initiative (CARI). She works partly at the Directorate of Agriculture & Rural Development of ECOWAS Commission.
Prior to this, she was a Deputy Director (Research) with the National Centre for Technology Management (NACETEM), Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria but had been on secondment to the United Nations – HABITAT where she was a Consultant on Innovation and Urbanization projects
She holds a PhD degree in Technology and Innovation Policy and specializes in development studies across sectors with emphasis on innovation policy, agricultural systems of innovation, agro-industrial and economic development, urban industrial clusters and development, youth and gender studies, small and medium enterprises (SMEs). She graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Masters of Veterinary Science degrees from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria in 1996 and 1999 respectively.
Boladale has coordinated several projects and written reports for The World Bank, Federal Government of Nigeria, UNIDO, UNECA, IDRC, ATPS, Infonomics, UNHABITAT and UNU-INTECH (now MERIT) at various times.
